The corepanel is a double precast hollow panel system design to be the stay in places of formwork, and can be of any sizes and thickness yet portable. Inside it, the core will be fill with concrete under the LCM system. This way, more and yet affordable homes and products will be manufactured.

The process is simple, pre-cast thin panels and insert in the 2" x 2" LCM - Core. The second cast is just the opposite of the first.

As a lone bare cement form , the facing of the LCM Corepanel is just like marble or glass finishes, the joints will be perfectly even and smooth.

The Corepanels are design to be able to easily cut and used as the L - corners and T - corners of any walls, When infill with Lightweight Concrete Methods , the walls are soundproof, waterproof and heat resistant and also load-bearing. It's cheaper and faster then buying bricks. Working with this methods to cast wall, is the right choice. As the panels are made to precise thickness, both side of the wall is very smooth.
