We have been in the forefront when it comes to casting with formwork, since the early times till industrialize building system was introduce, we have had the opportunity to see all kinds and methods.
With a combination of LCM lightweight concrete's methods, casting of wall, any wall, will be faster and cost of it is significantly reduced by this Coreply system. It's adhesion, cohesion, tensile, compressive and flexural strength are of excellent with the right mix and right density to be casted.
  
Using only two metal plate ( Re-usable ) and Core( Stay in-place ) for every square feet of wall. With the usages of Lightweight Concrete Methods application cast is very economical and fast.
  
By using a PVC plywood, the formwork if taken care of properly, can last cast at least a 20 cycles. This makes it the cheapest alternative formwork available in the market today.
  
Till today, 95% of construction is still maintaining the conventional methods of applications, technology advances in concrete and polymer can make a super concrete, what we want is just look at the possibility of LCM.
